With more than 20 years of experience, Elias is one of the most respected creative talents in the business, combining a fresh, innovate perspective with a sharp strategic mind. Throughout his career, Elias has won virtually every national and international creative award, including FIAP, Advertising Age, CLIOS, New York Festival, ADDYS, Beldings and Se Habla Español Awards. In 2009-2010, Elias and his team brought over 50 major awards to CP, including recognition in Cannes for UNICEF's Tap Water Project campaign, including one of the 100 most awarded commercials worldwide that year.  Elias was named Hispanic Creative Director of the Year. Besides his day job as CCO, he currently teaches copywriting for the Hispanic media at Cal State Fullerton. Elias’ public awareness work includes campaigns for both Ad Council and UNICEF.
