After a 3-year hiatus, Will felt the pull towards his Latino side again and joined Casanova as planning director for the NY office. He has over 15 years’ of cultural experience across Global, General Market and Hispanic Market brands, with an expertise in integrated strategy. He’s worked within a wide array of categories for leading, iconic brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Milk-Bone, McDonald’s, Bacardi and Jergens. His resume includes major CPG food brands like Nestlé, Hershey and ConAgra.

Beyond his brand building and strategic work, Will has established himself as a thought leader in the industry with provocative white papers and ground-breaking presentations. His work has helped win Effie and Account Planning Excellence awards, recognizing results effectiveness for his brands.

Will has lived in Los Angeles where he proudly became a “naturalized Latino” and New York City where he has painstakingly become an official Manhattanite…but he will always be a Southern boy from Georgia at heart.
