The Account Supervisor is responsible for spearheading initiatives across assigned accounts. This includes the management of day-to-day client relationships, supervision of agency team to ensure all work is strategically and creatively on target and delivered on time.
Responsibilities/Skills Needed
- Establish strong relationships with clients
- Manage internal expectations and communications to drive projects to completion
- Review creative work to ensure highest standards are met, follows the creative brief and is on brand
- Serve as the liaison between the agency and client to ensure that client goals are reached
- Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
- Maintain a current and broad knowledge of clients’ business and competition
- Manage assigned accounts including fiscal responsibilities, execute billing practices, including detailed record keeping and follow-up
- Organize and facilitate status and client meetings, deliver presentations to internal team members and clients as needed
- Support and provide feedback for team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Must have broadcast and digital production experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Hispanic / multicultural marketing experience preferred
