We are looking for an amazing entry-level individual to assist in hiring for a variety of roles across the different agency roles, identify qualified candidates for open requisitions, conduct candidate interviews, work with Department heads to schedule interviews, etc.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates at all levels
  • Source, recruit, and hire a wide range of roles while managing processes in an efficient manner
  • Conduct telephone screens to qualify applicants for all open requisitions
  • Work with hiring managers to create sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging internal resources in order to hire the best talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and identify potential candidates
  • Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
  • Prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with hiring managers to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate job descriptions for all positions

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of Recruiting, or Human Resources experience
  • BA degree in business, Human Resources, or another related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of HR compliance laws
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Have a stamina and hunter mentality with key decision-making
  • Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency
  • Well organized and has great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Word, PPT, Excel, Visio
  • Knowledge of ATS systems helpful
