In this senior position, the employee must provide strong conceptual thinking and copywriting skills. He/she will work closely with an Art Director to provide concepts that effectively reflect marketing strategies and meet the client’s objectives ensuring delivery of high-quality results. 


  • Execute creative concepts that are on strategy across all media channels (digital, direct mail, print, TV, radio, etc).
  • Generate breakthrough ideas and constantly strive for new, better, more innovative solutions.
  • Basic ability to think strategically.
  • Work collaboratively with creative partners, other members of creative and core departments.
  • Ability to sell work internally and to the client.
  • Read mechanicals and perform other pre-production tasks related to their projects.
  • Ability to write in multiple voices and styles.
  • Stay current with changes in technology and demonstrate technical competence.
  • Works closely with the project’s Art Director to create a piece that employs effective marketing strategies and meets the client’s objective
  • Handles and coordinates the day-to-day copy needs of clients
  • Ensures internal and external deadlines are met
  • Assists in writing copy for key strategic campaign/projects and new business presentations
  • Works with Account Services to ensure that the client’s objectives are being met


  • 3+ years experience in multicultural advertising discipline
  • Experience regarding all aspects of multicultural marketing campaigns; predominatly hispanic
  • Fluency in Spanish required
  • Must have a strong portfolio primarily of produced work and some spec work.
  • Must have strong presentation skills.
  • Must be proficient with current Creative software suite
