The Senior Bilingual Copywriter -English/Spanish- will be writing for the Pharma industry. The focus will be to write inspiring copy for healthcare and pharma marketing campaigns as well as support other pieces as needed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, and brand managers to develop content that effectively communicates to target audiences
  • Create top-quality content – both original and adapted from existing resources
  • Reference and annotate assets according to mandated guidelines
  • Prepare assets for medical, legal, regulatory submissions to ensure project success
  • Participate in client meetings and provide support and solutions to ensure project success
  • Create effective, impactful copy that is strategically on target.
  • Partner with the creative lead to generate concepts that reflect brand positioning.
  • Develop a variety of concepts for each assignment consistent with the marketing strategy.
  • Work with the entire internal team to develop effective, impactful copy as tactical elements are developed.
  • Follow copy through agency/client process and review from original concept to finished piece.
  • Learn and adhere to client regulatory and approval process and prepare copy accordingly.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years experience as a copywriter
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or health-related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or Communications
  • Experience conducting research and performing audits
  • Appreciation and understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Outstanding writing and copy-editing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
