The Social Media /Data Analyst works closely with the Social Media Manager and the Strategic Planner Supervisor to evaluate brand’s presence through the Social Media space and provide actionable insights to connect with the Hispanic audience effectively. They work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities/Skills Needed

  • Act as a resource to team members in helping develop effective social tactics for clients
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and the Strategic Planner Supervisor to establish campaigns’ KPIs and track their progress
  • Contribute to researching audience insights to inspire, support and enhance creative work
  • Keep apprised of clients’ products/services, competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Present clear, confident, poignant data insights (written and spoken) and ensure key information is delivered appropriately
  • Work and partner with interoffice agency disciplines and external partners
  • Develop in-depth business reporting (paid and organic) and comprehensive competitive advertising/marketing analysis
  • Understand appropriate data analysis techniques with monitoring tools
  • Evaluate creative work to ensure that it meets established KPIs


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2-3 years related experience required, including experience working autonomously
  • Working knowledge of social data analysis
  • Experience presenting information both orally and in writing
  • Strong data processing and analysis skills
  • Demonstrated experience in social monitoring tools (building search queries, creating dashboards and reporting).
    • Previous experience using at least two of the following tools: Brandwatch, Sysomos, Socialbakers, Unmetric, Sprinklr, or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent skills managing data bases and Excel
  • Proven analytical skills to drive successful social experiences
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken)
